Domestic Shipping Only

Rancé US Official Online Boutique currently ships exclusively within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 business hours, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of elevated order volume.

During promotional periods, holidays, product launches, or other high-volume periods, additional processing time may occasionally be required.

We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and order accuracy.

In rare cases, additional processing time may occur if inventory verification, billing verification, or quality inspection is required prior to shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping options and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Standard shipping within the continental United States typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited shipping services generally arrive within 2–4 business days after shipment.

Please note that expedited shipping methods apply to transit time only and do not shorten order processing times.

Delivery estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Orders are shipped using trusted domestic carriers, including but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on the delivery destination, shipping method selected, and operational requirements.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery destination.

From time to time, Rancé US Official Online Boutique may offer complimentary shipping promotions at its sole discretion.


Billing & Shipping Verification

For security purposes, orders may occasionally require additional verification.

Delays may occur if:

  • billing and shipping information do not match,

  • payment authorization cannot be completed,

  • or additional verification is requested by the payment provider.

Our Customer Care team may contact you if additional information is required to process your order.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and billing information is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

Rancé US Official Online Boutique is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, operational interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and transit updates are managed directly by the carrier.

Our Customer Care team will gladly assist customers with shipping-related concerns whenever possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number along with photographs of the product and packaging so we may review and resolve the matter promptly.


Order Refusal

Rancé US Official Online Boutique reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or suspicious activity.
